Payment Terms Summary

1. 100% Spot Cash Option: Get a 10% discount on the Cash Price structure when paid within the specified promotional window.

2. House & Lot Financing: Requires a 10% Down Payment stretched across a 12-month term, with the remaining 90% balance covered through Bank Financing.

3. Lot Only Financing: Requires a 5% Down Payment stretched across a 6-month term, with the remaining 95% balance covered through Bank Financing.

Important Notes for Buyers

• Please make checks payable directly to PHILIPPINE PARAMOUNT PROPERTY VENTURES INC.

• Installment payments must be comprehensively covered with post-dated checks, featuring one security check for the remaining balance.
